Add your store’s custom-app credentials to toolfare once; your AI reads the store through them, every read is free, and nothing can be changed.

Pick the app you use. You do this once, and every API on toolfare is then available in it.
Add toolfare as a connector in Claude

- 2Paste this URL as the remote MCP server URL.
- 3Leave the OAuth client id and secret under Advanced settings empty.
- 4Complete the browser authorization, then return to your conversation.
Custom connectors are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. A Free account may hold one custom connector in total.

Anything the Admin API can read, from orders to inventory

Use it when
- You want revenue and orders next to the campaigns that drove them.
- You want best sellers, slow movers or low stock without exporting a report.
- You want a customer or order looked up while you are already in a chat.
Look elsewhere when
- You want order history older than about 60 days. The connection does not have Shopify’s all-orders scope.
- You want what happened on the storefront before checkout. That is your analytics account. Use this instead
- You want to edit a product, refund an order or change inventory. The connection is read-only, and mutations are rejected.

You get read access to the Admin API, not the Shopify admin. Nothing can be edited, refunded or fulfilled through the MCP connection, older orders are out of reach, and nothing is monitored for you between questions.
Limits
- Orders cover roughly the last 60 days; full order history needs a Shopify scope the connection does not request.
- Every question is a GraphQL query written by your AI, so an unusual question may take a second attempt to shape.
- Queries are subject to Shopify’s own API rate limits.
