Ask your AI what your Shoplazza store sold this week.
Orders filtered by status, payment and fulfilment, a single order in full, your product catalogue and your store settings — answered inside ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or Cursor, next to the ads that sent the traffic. Install the store app from the Shoplazza App Store and link the store to your toolfare account; your AI reads it through that install, and every read is free.
1Connect your AI app
Pick the app you use. You do this once, and every API on toolfare is then available in it.
Add toolfare as a connector in Claude
Add to Claudehttps://api.toolfare.ai/mcp
- 1Open Customize → Connectors and choose "Add custom connector".
- 2Paste this URL as the remote MCP server URL.
- 3Leave the OAuth client id and secret under Advanced settings empty.
- 4Complete the browser authorization, then return to your conversation.
Custom connectors are available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. A Free account may hold one custom connector in total.
Claude’s own instructions2What to ask
Copy a prompt into your AI app once you’re connected. It picks the right one of the 5 tools and tells you the price first.
Orders, filtered the way you would in the admin
Orders from your store filtered by status, payment status, fulfilment status, date or keyword, a page at a time.
- “How many orders did we get this week, and how many are unfulfilled?”
- “List yesterday’s paid orders.”
One order, in full
A single order with everything Shoplazza records on it.
- “Show me the details of order 633130-00000007.”
- “What did this customer order, and has it shipped?”
Your product catalogue
Products in your store, filterable by title and published status.
- “Which of our products are unpublished?”
- “List the products with “hoodie” in the title.”
Your store’s own settings
The store’s name, domain, currency and other shop details.
- “What currency is our Shoplazza store in?”
- “What domain is the store on?”
Also available: One product, in full

Use it when
- You want this week’s orders or fulfilment backlog without opening the admin.
- You want store revenue next to the campaigns that drove it.
- You want a product or an order looked up mid-conversation.
Look elsewhere when
- You want what shoppers did before checkout. That is your analytics account. Use this instead
- You want to change an order, a product or a price. The connection is read-only.
Shoplazza directly, or through toolfare
Directly
- Shoplazza admin reports and exports
- An OpenAPI token of your own
- Your own code to put orders next to ad spend
Through toolfare
- Ask in the chat you already use, in plain English
- One toolfare login; no store token handed to an agent
- Store data beside your ad accounts in the same question
You get reads, not the Shoplazza admin. Nothing can be edited, refunded or fulfilled through the MCP connection, and nothing is monitored for you between questions.
Limits
- Reads are page by page, up to 250 items a page, so a long history is several calls.
- Every read is a fixed GET against Shoplazza’s OpenAPI, subject to its rate limits.
- Only stores you connected are readable.
