Dashboards explain what changed, ChatGPT Ads conversion campaigns can be created from Soku, tool previews stop getting stuck, and Connect capabilities return real results at the quoted price
Dashboard diagnosis
- A new Diagnosis view takes a period and a metric and finds the accounts or campaigns that explain most of the change. When the change is under 5%, it says there is nothing unusual instead of inventing a cause.
- Diagnosis also breaks a change down by device, country or region, and creative. Each breakdown is measured within its own total, so the same spend is never counted twice.
- A Budgets page lists the campaigns, ad sets and shared budgets that spent at least 95% of their daily budget yesterday, so you can see delivery that was held back by budget rather than by bidding.
- A creative fatigue page lists creatives whose spend over the last 7 days fell by 30% or more against the 7 days before, using the same numbers as Breakdown.
- Diagnosis opens on a summary of all three checks, with a link into each finding.
Dashboards and reporting
- The Breakdown table has a column picker. Choose columns by source, reorder them and save up to five views per user. CPC and conversion value are new columns.
- Boards can show creative thumbnails, and creative boards show 12 of them above the asset table by default. Ranking cards show the creative name instead of a platform ID.
- Saving a report now confirms only after the save is actually stored, and a board that is deleted while a report is being saved can no longer leave it half-written.
- Dashboard and Campaigns share one entry in the navigation, with a switch at the top of the page. Existing links keep working.
ChatGPT Ads
- Conversion campaigns can be created from the Dashboard. Pick from the five standard events or name a custom event, and Soku sets up the campaign's conversion events for you.
- Ad groups are billed the way their campaign bids. Reach campaigns take a CPM bid and are billed per impression instead of being sent as clicks, and the page shows when a campaign's goal in OpenAI does not match its bidding.
- Events you send with soku("track") or the SDK's track() call are now delivered to the tracker instead of being dropped, including calls made before the tracker finishes loading.
Free tools and media generation
- Watermarked previews on the free tool pages are rendered on dedicated workers, so 4K and 60 fps results no longer get stuck in progress. A preview that fails twice is closed and your credits are refunded.
- When fal permanently rejects a job, the tool shows the reason and what to change, such as the prompt or the source file, instead of a bare FAILED and a suggestion to retry.
- The Reve image tool was removed after fal retired the model. Every Reve job had been charged and then refunded.
Soku Connect
- Capability quotes now match the credits you are actually charged, so a spending cap you set really stops a call that would cost more.
- When a provider rejects a request, the agent now gets the provider's reason rather than a bare HTTP error, and can fix the request or tell you why it failed.
- Capabilities from AIsa, Apify, TikHub, Foreplay, AppTweak, ElevenLabs, fal, PageSpeed and Creatify that were failing with provider errors return real results again and are billed correctly.
Chat, accounts and billing
- Fewer lost replies: when a model fails before producing any output, Soku moves to the next model, and when it has already produced output, that output is kept instead of being thrown away and regenerated.
- In an organization with a single brand, ad accounts imported while you refresh the page are assigned to that brand automatically instead of waiting in the mapping screen.
- An organization admin who is demoted loses access to billing actions immediately, even inside a chat that was already running.
- AppSumo add-on purchases now add their credits to the workspace that owns the original license, and refunds remove exactly those credits.
