# Enrich.so through toolfare

> Turn an email address into a professional profile — name, headline, employers, location, LinkedIn, skills and education — or an IP into the company using it, at a fraction of the cost of the larger providers, answered inside ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or Cursor. No Enrich.so account of your own: toolfare buys each lookup and quotes it first.

## Use it from your agent

Paste this into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any agent with a shell:

> Set up https://toolfare.ai/skill.md, then use toolfare to answer: Who is behind this signup email?

Apps without a terminal connect toolfare as an MCP server: https://toolfare.ai/docs#connect

## Use it from a script

```sh
mkdir -p ~/.local/bin
curl -fsSL 'https://toolfare.ai/toolfare/toolfare.mjs' -o ~/.local/bin/toolfare
chmod +x ~/.local/bin/toolfare
export PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH"
export TOOLFARE_MCP_URL='https://api.toolfare.ai/mcp'
toolfare login
```

Sign in once per machine; the CLI renews the sign-in itself. On a CI runner or another server, create an API key in the toolfare console and set it as `TOOLFARE_API_KEY` instead of signing in. Paid calls on one sign-in or key run one at a time. `--max-cost` refuses a call quoted above that many credits (1,000 credits = $3).

## Tools

### The person behind an email, cheaply

Tool: `enrichso_reverse_lookup`

Turns one email address into a normalised professional profile — name, headline, current and past employers, location, LinkedIn URL, skills and education.

Ask:
- Who is behind this signup email?
- Look up these contacts cheaply.

### The company behind an IP

Tool: `enrichso_ip_to_company`

Identifies the company behind an IP address.

Ask:
- Which company owns this IP?
- Identify the companies behind last week’s anonymous visitors.

## Price

Quoted to your AI before the lookup runs, then charged on the credits Enrich.so reports for that exact call. Metered from the credit count Enrich.so returns on every response — a profile match and an IP-to-company match consume different amounts. No fixed price table, on purpose: the credit cost comes back with the data. A call that fails is never charged.

Balances and top-ups are in US dollars. Quotes and `--max-cost` count credits: 1,000 credits = $3 ($0.003 each).

## Use it when

- You have an email address and want the person behind it, cheaply.
- You are enriching at volume and per-record cost matters more than coverage depth.
- You are identifying anonymous visitors by IP and want a cheaper option.

## Look elsewhere when

- The person is in the EU or UK. Enrich.so has no data processing agreement on file; stop this lookup until an approved provider is available.
- You have a phone number or LinkedIn URL rather than an email. This lookup takes an email only.
- You want a person from an IP. An IP identifies a company, never an individual.

## Limits

- Do not use it for EU or UK data subjects: the vendor has no DPA on file.
- Profile lookups take an email address only.
- Pay as you go from your toolfare balance, in US dollars; there is no subscription. A call runs when your balance covers its quote.
